A documentary chronicling the heyday of tobacco advertising on television in the 1950s, its decline during the 1960's as new medical evidence pointed to the hazards of cigarette smoking, and finally, the government's total ban on the advertisement of smoke-inhaled tobacco products on the airwaves in 1971.
